ATHLETIC
My professional journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for sports, which began on the North Shore of Chicago—attending Cubs games at Wrigley Field, cheering on Northwestern football, and watching New Trier baseball, along with countless hours playing tennis. Over the years, I have been an athlete, coach, marketer, and mentor, with a consistent focus on empowering young people through athletics.
I competed in multiple sports growing up and went on to play Division I tennis at Duke University, where I earned a B.A. in Political Science and a Certificate in Marketing and Management. Following graduation, I competed on the WTA Tour for 3 years and then spent more than 20 years in sports marketing at Octagon and Nike Sports Camps, providing opportunities for youth in sports nationwide.
In 2024, I transitioned into college counseling to combine my background in marketing with my passion for education and supporting student-athletes. I earned a College Counseling Certificate from UCLA Extension and volunteered with student-athletes at East High School in Denver, Colorado. I’ve since advised numerous students on the college selection process and helped families navigate the various academic and athletic pathways available after high school.
With the rapid growth in collegiate athletics—including club programs and expanded opportunities across Divisions I, II, and III—today’s student-athletes face a broader range of options than ever before. I believe in a highly personalized approach, recognizing that college athletics may not be the right path for every student, and aim to help each individual make informed, confident decisions about their future.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy skiing, playing pickleball, learning padel, hiking and most of all, spending time with my husband and our three children.
